Do you have a studio location?
No, ArtWorx Events currently does not have a studio location - it is a mobile business that offers on-site events at the location of your choice.

Where do you hold events?
We hold public and private events at various restaurants and other private locations (homes, businesses, stores, etc.) across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York!

What is the difference between a public and a private event?
Public paint and sip events are preplanned, listed on the calendar, and allow for anyone to sign up. Private events are planned by a specific group and are closed to outside reservations.

Do I need a reservation for an event?
Yes! Reservations are required for all paint parties and events.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Purchase/Refund Policy for Public Events
If you need to cancel your reservation for a public event, we will issue you a 100% refund if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.

If you make a cancellation between 48 and 24 hours of your scheduled event, we will gladly issue you a credit for a future event.

There will be no credit or refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of a public event.

Purchase/Refund Policy for Private Events...

Private events are priced based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: the number of participants, venue location, duration of the event, and date/time of the event. A $150 or 10% of the total (whichever is higher) deposit is required for all private parties. The balance of the event is charged the day of the event to be paid by cash, check or Venmo.

The deposit to reserve your date is not refundable.

Will ArtWorx Events help out my charity?
Did somebody ask for a FUNdraiser!? Of Course! Call us to arrange a unique event for your charity that will be remembered by all of your donors every time they catch a glimpse of their personally created ArtWorx!

If I have a private painting party, may I pick the art piece that will be painted?
Yes. You may pick any painting from our library or another that we suggest for your private party based upon your request. Also, for an extra fee, we will be happy to design a custom image for your special event that you will love! Please call us or email for more details.

How should I dress?
We will provide you with an apron to protect your clothes. But please be mindful that since you are working with paint, you may still get some on your clothing. The acrylic paint we use can be removed from some fabrics.

What do I need to bring with me to an event?
You do not need to bring anything with you. However, if an event is designated as BYOB, then you are welcome to bring your own favorite drink and snacks.

What if I am not an artist?
No worries! Everyone has an “artistic” side! ArtWorx Events are designed for FUN! Our artists are trained to help everyone create a piece of art that they will be proud of, regardless of their level of experience.
